Brian R. Schweigel

CEO

Mr. Schweigel graduated from the University of Iowa in 1988 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Schweigel has spent his career as a professional focusing on business development, finance, risk management and acquisitions. In addition to his experience in oil and gas, Mr. Schweigel has experience in a variety of businesses including chemical and plastics manufacturing & consumer products.

In 1990, Mr. Schweigel joined Old World Industries, Inc., a consumer products company focusing on automotive chemicals and other products in the automotive aftermarket. Peak® Antifreeze is Old World's national retail brand of antifreeze. Mr. Schweigel was a principal, the Chief Financial Officer, and a key Senior Management team member during the largest period of growth in Old World's history. Mr. Schweigel spent the latter part of his tenure at Old World working to develop and grow Old World's oil and gas division.

Michael F. Robinson

President

Mr. Robinson has 30 years of experience in oil and gas exploration, operations, natural gas storage, power plant development and energy risk management. Mr. Robinson has been an independent operator, investor, and mineral owner. Most recently Mr. Robinson was Senior Vice-President of Ventum Energy a Houston based Exploration firm. Previously Robinson was Vice President of Pace Global Energy, headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia. Mr. Robinson manages his Blue Ridge Field in Fort Bend County, Texas.

Lori Burke

CFO

Ms. Burke has a Bachelor of Accountancy from the New Mexico State University. Ms. Burke started her career with Hoechst Celanese and has served in various roles ranging from financial reporting to management & SAP systems implementation. Most recently, Ms. Burke has served as the Director of Finance for Old World Industries with direct responsibility for all aspects of financial reporting and back office operations of Old World's seven operating divisions. Ms Burke has experience in financial due diligence, audits, and working with investors.

Ted Buzby

Managing Director

Mr. Buzby has a degree in Economics from Northwestern University. He was the sole proprietor of Buzby Commodities, a floor trading enterprise specializing in trading short term interest rates and other commodities from 1990 to 2006. He became senior management of Old World Industries commodity trading division in 2006 until leaving to join Gulf Coast full time in 2008.
